The staff and the owner are really helpful and friendly. They helped me on replacing my SSD which under warranty but MSI distributor said they don't have the SSD stock. Had a really good experience with SCL Gaming. I purchased an ADATA XPG Gammix S60 1TB SSD from them for around ₹15.3K, which was already a pretty good price compared to other stores. I prepaid for the order, and the next day they called me and informed me that the SSD was unfortunately out of stock. Instead of simply cancelling the order, they offered me a Gigabyte AORUS 7000E SSD, which was a more expensive model, at no additional cost. They even showed me the exact product box before confirming the replacement, which I appreciated. The replacement was delivered within 2 days. The SSD arrived properly sealed and in perfect condition. Really appreciate how they handled the stock issue. Good communication, quick delivery, and most importantly, they actually made an effort to give me a better alternative rather than leaving me with a cancelled order.
